How do I create my customer account or log in?

Click on the button (1) at the top of the page. Then, click on "No account? Create one" (2) and follow the instructions to fill in the requested fields. If you already have an account, just enter your email address and password.

How do I turn my shopping cart into a quote ?

To transform your shopping cart into a quote, all you have to do is click on the "Turn this cart into a quote" button from your cart :

My delivery address is different from my billing address, what should I do?

If your delivery address is different from your billing address, start by validating your shopping cart by clicking on "Proceed to checkout". If you are not signed in, sign in to your account or create a new one. If you are already connected, an "Address" page will be displayed after validation of your shopping cart. Click on "Billing adress differs from shipping adress":

You can thus add a billing address different from the delivery address.

Former DEPAEPE customer: how do I find my information ?

If you are a former customer of DEPAEPE, you have received an e-mail indicating the procedure to follow. Enter your account email address and click on the "forgot your password" button. Change your password by following the instructions and your account is created ! If, however, you cannot find your information, do not hesitate to contact us.
